Hi! This may be the most exciting blog post for us yet. So much has happened in 2012 that I don’t even think I can remember it all. Today I just want to mention two of the really monster ones. So much work has gone into all of these things that they warrant a blog post for each of them on their own, so I’ll follow up over the next few days with that.

 

Major Announcement Number One

One thing that we are so excited about should be pretty obvious if you’re reading this – We just launched our brand new website! I LOVE the new site and after months of work I am pumped to finally unveil it. Blueflash has gotten a major face-lift. Spend some time and explore, I hope you love it as much as I do. You may notice some new faces on the About page… Tomorrow I’ll break it all down and give you some dirt on the details.

Major Announcement Number Two

Tara (my wife) and I have recently purchased and taken over Newport Wedding Glam. If you don’t know what Newport Wedding Glam is, then you should head over there and check it out (after you look at the Blueflash site, of course). It’s a daily blog of all things Newport wedding, with a hand-picked guide of premium vendors for brides to look through. The transition is still occurring and we’re scrambling to update the About section and all of those things, but Jan 1 is the official handover.

 

 

Cheryl and Raina (the creators and previous owners) have done an awesome job getting it off the ground. We feel this blog has so much potential and can’t wait to develop it even further. We’ve got lots of plans up our sleeves. More about this whole fiasco in a couple days.

 

That’s just the tip of what’s new over here at Blueflash. There is some major construction happening (figuratively and literally). Stay tuned as we roll everything out.
