Saint Clements Castle Wedding | Blueflash Cinematography
On a warm August day, in a sun filled ceremony Kaitlyn and Christopher said “I Do” in front of family and friends. Set on the beautiful property at Saint Clements Castle in Portland, Connecticut overlooking the Connecticut River Kaitlyn and Christopher’s wedding was one for the books. These two could not be happier to be married, they said the most anticipated moment of their wedding day was Saying “I Do” and celebrating with family and friends. They certainly lived up to that and had the time of their lives together on a beautiful summer night.
Read Kaitlyn and Christopher’s adventurous proposal story below…
From Kaitlyn… It was the weekend after the 4th of July and we had no plans, which was rare. We decided to try out hiking this peak about an hour away from us that Chris had found. It was a very hot day and we went, the two of us and our dog. It was a harder hike than we originally imagined so by the time we got to the top I was exhausted and just wanted to sit. Chris was pacing around but I didn’t think anything of it because he was holding our dogs leash. Finally, he said ‘OK, ready to go?’ and I got up and he was on one knee. He also set up his Go-Pro behind us to capture the whole thing. Chris also had it all planned that we were heading to my parents house after to meet them and his parents to all go out to celebrate. It was perfect!
