Miranda and Nick | Blithewold Wedding Bristol, Rhode Island
Are you ready for the most dreamy, garden inspired, fairytale wedding? Miranda and Nick’s Blithewold Wedding in Bristol is just that. Their wedding day was pure magic from start to finish. Miranda wore a striking, perfectly tailored wedding dress with a deep V back. Nick was dressed his best as well in a traditional black tux. Their bridal party followed along, with the bridesmaids in matching floor length gowns in a barely blush color. And the groomsmen in cool, steel grey suits with coordinating blush neckties.
Secret Gardens
Miranda and Nick’s wedding was held at Blithewold Mansion and Arboretum in Bristol, Rhode Island. Which provided a luxurious, garden backdrop for the neutral colors of Miranda and Nick’s wedding. Ceremony was held in the North Garden overlooking the Great Lawn and Atlantic Ocean. A sun filled ceremony, exchanging of their own vows, Miranda and Nick headed off as Mr. and Mrs. to some of the other surrounding gardens for a fun mix of formal portraits. Our favorite spot was under the tree canopies on the aptly named ‘Lovers Lane’.
Returning to the beautifully appointed century tent on the Wedding Pavilion, Miranda and Nick were greeted by their guests with a standing ovation. The warm summer night allowed Miranda and Nick to have the sides of the tent open, and welcome in the beautiful garden surroundings. Letting the tent decor be an accent to the natural beauty of Blithewold. Simple greenery garlands for the head table and geometric lantern pendant lights, guest tables showcased beautiful centerpieces full of all white garden roses and mixed greenery.
