There’s been a little bit of bridal show mania around here lately. As you know, we’ve just returned from the Southern New England Bridal Expo. What we hadn’t mentioned was that a few months ago I had inquired with the Newport Bridal Show about exhibiting with them in February. They were, as it should go without saying, completely booked full by then already. I was pretty down in the dumps about it and annoyed at myself for waiting so long to get in touch with them. I already had my sights set on 2014 and planned to sign up for that show the day after the 2013 one came to a close. They had asked if I wanted to go on a waiting list for this year’s show. I figured it wouldn’t hurt, even though they pretty much told me there was no chance on earth a spot would open up.

 

Hello Opportunity

Lo and behold, not more than two days after I got back from the Southern New England Bridal Expo did I get an email from the Newport Bridal Show telling me that somebody decided they weren’t ready for the show and a photographer spot was open. Did I want it? Umm, yes, I wanted the spot.

 

The Big Announcement

So it is with great pleasure that I announce to you that Blueflash Photography will be at Rosecliff on Saturday, February 16th. We are booth 25, right in the middle of the main room. Jaclyn and I will once again be teaming up to bring you the coolest six foot space on the block. The Bluecube’s going to have to sit this one out since there’s no electricity available. Even if there was, we’ve got to shrink our display down from before since the space is smaller.

 

We’re Little Kids

We are so excited to get a chance to hang out at Rosecliff and meet a bunch more brides. We’ve got some shotgun planning to do to get ready for this show. It’s going to be awesome! Check out the website for the show here to see what other vendors will be around.
