Shannon and Brian had a jam packed wedding at the North Beach Club House in Narragansett. There were so many details that flowed throughout their day. Each showcasing a part of the couple’s personality, or sharing a part of their culture. It was a beautiful June Wedding as ocean breezes flowed through the ceremony tent. Guests were later greeted with a Rodizio / Brazillian Steakhouse style dinner which was a fun treat for everyone.

These two love Rhode Island, so of course Brian asked Shannon to be his wife by the ocean. Read the proposal story from Shannon below.

The Proposal

It was a Tuesday afternoon, October 16, 2018, Brian had asked the night before if we could get raw bar for lunch. I thought that was great but, know how the work day can get and wasn’t necessarily expecting plans to follow through mid day on a Tuesday. But Brian wanted to go all the way to Narragansett from Providence for a raw bar lunch.I thought that was great but didn’t think much of it.He seemed to know exactly where he was going and when I asked, he said The Coast Guard House.We parked on Ocean Rd and stopped at the wall to take in the beautiful view. We were at the corner of Ocean Rd and Taylor Ave when we got up to continue to The Coast Guard House. He told me to hold on and then got down on one knee! I was shocked! After saying yes, we continued to the Coast Guard House where there was a bottle of champagne already waiting on the table for us. It was all planned and I had no idea. It takes a lot to surprise me and it was a big surprise!!
