I love a good bridal party. When they know how to have fun, joke around, and just be good people then it makes for an awesome wedding for us. Emily and Tim picked some good people for their bridal party and it made for a really fun day and night.
The forecast called for rain and the girls were prepared. Umbrellas and tall green boots made their debut for some of the photos (even though the rain held off). Everything happened at the Glen, including the getting ready for the girls. The room had great light pouring in through big windows.
The Glen Manor is always a pleasure to shoot at. I love the dock out back and the stone texture of the building itself is really photogenic for a back drop. The temptation for a lot of people I think is to run straight to the gardens, but in my opinion there are a lot of better locations on the property that don’t immediately stick out to you.
The Bluecube was there as well to keep the party going late into the night. I like where it goes at the Glen – out on the back patio. It’s nice in the summer time because it’s outdoors but still covered by an overhang. Gives it a cool feel.
