Wedding At Aldrich Mansion

There are a ton of amazing placed to get married in Rhode Island, but one of our favorites is Aldrich Mansion. It’s like stepping onto a movie set. It’s so beautiful and full of detail that it’s hard to believe it’s a real place. Today we have photos from Loren and Logan’s wedding at Aldrich Mansion. Loren and Logan live in Michigan and were immediately dazzled by the location. The final selling point was a dedicated dessert room! Yeah, us too, guys. Emily photographed this gorgeous day.

The Proposal

Loren shared their proposal story with us. Spoiler: It’s awesome.

“Logan planned a surprise birthday trip to Ireland for me. We went to the Cliffs of Moher on our fourth day there. After a while, we stopped and Logan told me to face out towards the ocean because he was going to take a picture of me – this seemed strange to me, but I played along. When I turned back around, Logan was on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said yes, of course. Logan had also gotten a photographer to come out and document the whole proposal, and then we took engagement pictures right away!”
