Kirkbrae Country Club Wedding

We get to meet a lot of interesting and talented people in the wedding industry. It’s pretty amazing. One such person is Marissa. She’s the lead singer of Kahootz (among a bunch of other cool stuff she does). She’s amazing, and you should check out the band. We had the privilege of shooting photo and video for this super kind, super fun couple. Matt shot lead on this love Kirkbrae wedding.

The Proposal.

Marissa and Mike met at a fundraiser for Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA). We told you they were kind and awesome, right? Here’s a little bit of their proposal story: Mike surprised the bride by making her think that she had a gig lined up at Castle Hill Inn. He proposed, then had her whole family waiting to celebrate where they had their first date! After that, he had friends waiting to celebrate at another location. So, so sweet.
