Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Wedding
A dramatic old, stone church, sweeping drapery, and one super in-love couple. We’ve got it all. Michelle and Chris’ Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Wedding is goals. Michelle and Chris were actually married in 2016 in a sweet intimate ceremony before Chris’ deployment. Their early April celebration was joyful and much anticipated. Emily photographed and Dan captured an amazing film.
The Proposal
Michelle shared the couple’s proposal story with us:
“We spent the day on Martha’s Vineyard. We were walking through these cottages known as the Gingerbread houses, when we sat down for a break. All of a sudden Chris was climbing off of the bench and on the ground. I had no idea what was happening until I saw the ring. We laughed, we cried. It started lightly raining and then Church bells started chiming.”
Magical, right? So sweet! Michelle and Chris, we just love you guys. Thank you for letting us be a part of such a special day. We hope you have many, many more years of love and magical moments. Be sure to check out the highlight film and photo highlights below!
