Hire a “month of” wedding planner! The final few weeks before the wedding are so exciting. You can feel the positive energy building as the big day approaches. Along with that, come emails from vendors confirming their arrival time, complex seating diagrams, alphabetized escort cards. Sometimes there’s even a confused uncle asking “Where is the ceremony, again?”… Trust us, this is not how you want to be spending your time just before you say ‘I do’. At Metta Events, we will meet with you 8 weeks before the celebration. We ease any pressure by focusing on logistics and timing, so you can relax and enjoy the day. We oversee and execute all the beautiful details of the wedding that you have worked so hard to curate. We’ll cue your ceremony musicians, have an emergency kit on hand, come armed with umbrellas, lure the ring bearer down the aisle with gummy bears if need be. Allow us to assist, so you can breathe deep and celebrate!
