Spring House Hotel Block Island Wedding
We are thrilled to share Abigail and Lance’s incredible Spring House Hotel Block Island Wedding today! These two have been waiting for their special day for many years and they were so, so excited to welcome family and friends to their favorite spot, Block Island, for a weekend long celebration.
How he asked…
From Abigail… Simple and Sweet. Lance proposed on Easter morning at our home before we headed out to meet our family. We were in our formal living room watching our son open his Easter basket. Totally unexpected and perfect in every way!
Abigail and Lance prepared for their day in separate suites at the Spring House. Abigail wore a stunning gown by Martina Liana, flanked by her bridesmaids in gorgeous Adriana Pappell gowns in a mix of champagne, rose gold and gray. Lance and his groomsmen wore crisp charcoal grey suits with mixed ties to match the bridesmaids gowns. Abigail and her bridesmaids held incredible, overflowing bouquets by The Flower Pot, in soft neutral tones with pops of burgundy.
First Look
The first look was important to Abigail and Lance, they wanted to share that moment before walking down the aisle. The met on the lawn and had a sweet moment together before heading down under a beautiful willow tree for formal photos.
Party On
Following the ceremony, Abigail and Lance wanted to be with their guests as much as possible. They opted for an extended cocktail hour on the lawn and epic porch of the Spring House Hotel. Followed by a stationed dinner for guests to eat at their leisure while splitting their time tearing up the dance floor and taking part in speeches and special dances.
