Bethany and Austin’s wedding brought us on a few adventures. After the getting ready part of the day we all walked a long winding path to get out to a crazy view of the ocean while standing on big boulders near the shore. That was the backdrop for their first look, which worked out pretty good in my opinion.
We were able to jump right into bride and groom creatives along with the bridal party after that before heading off to the ceremony at the South County Museum. Ridiculously cool location number two. It was an old stone building that had a bunch of ivy growing all over the walls with no roof on top. It was a hot summer day so the Del’s cart right outside the ceremony was a welcome sight. After downing three or four of those we were ready to do the family photos.
We (me, Dan, and Emily) piled in the car and headed off to the third location in Narragansett for their Towers wedding reception. The Towers always looks good, so there’s not much more to say about that. How can you not like a room that stretches across the road beneath and always has white string lights hanging along the ceiling? The party went strong and eventually it was time for us to take off. We were so hot when we left that we decided to throw our gear in the car and jump in the ocean for a late night swim. By ‘we’ I mean me and Emily. Dan stood on shore claiming that he didn’t want to drive home with wet clothes. His loss.
It was a great end to a really great wedding. We’re really glad they chose us to be a part of their wedding and that we were able to photograph it as well as create their wedding film. Both are below for you to check out. All the best to Beth and Austin!
