Jaclyn and Matt | Atlantic Resort Newport Wedding
Jaclyn and Matt had a perfect Newport Wedding in early July at the Atlantic Resort. Full of crisp navy blues, bright reds and elegant lace details. The Bridal Party dressed as a nod to Red White and Blue colors of the 4th of July the day before. These two had a gorgeous day filled with so much love. We love the outdoor ceremony location at the Atlantic Resort. Held on a sweeping green lawn overlooking the beautiful coastal edge of Newport with the historic Cliff Walk seen in the distance.
Summer in the City by the Sea
We love Newport in the Summer, it is the quintessential New England Town. With the seemingly endless coastline and the surrounding colonial architecture to make you feel like you have taken a step back in time. Jaclyn and Matt’s day was filled with a mix of sunshine and fog. A typical site to see on Newport summer day, creating such a beautiful backdrop for their bridal party photos and video highlights.
Following ceremony, guests moved indoors into the beautifully renovated ballroom at the Atlantic Resort. Tucked away on the second floor of the Atlantic Resort Newport, the ballroom was full of fresh, soft colors, and all white florals. Shimmering twinkle lights danced on the ceiling and through the sequin linens at the couple’s sweetheart table. Guest tables draped in a subtle ivory satin linen. Paired with gold chiavari ballroom chairs to bring that metallic touch throughout the room.
Heartfelt speeches and special dances started the evening reception off. Once the sun had gone down and dinner plates were cleared. Jaclyn and Matt closed out the night with a packed dance floor and a room full of happy guests.
