Jaimie and Mark | Newport Wedding
Jaimie and Mark | Ochre Court Newport Wedding
Jaimie and Mark had an intimate Wedding Ceremony followed by a vow reading at Ochre Court in Newport. COVID threw a wrench into everyone’s lives this year, but Jaimie and Mark did not let it stop them. They carried on with their original Wedding Date, hosting an intimate Ceremony at Saint Mary’s Church in Newport. Followed by a special celebration of vow readings and first dances at Ochre Court at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
Proposal Story from Jaimie…
Mark and I have gone up to Stowe, Vermont basically every year in late September / early October to celebrate our [dating] anniversary. This trip, we decided to hike out to the summit of Mt. Manseld. It was a beautiful day at the bottom of the mountain, but once we hit a certain point on the mountain, we were completely in a cloud. When we got out to the summit, unable to see anything, we hung out for quite a while hoping that the clouds would lift. They didn’t, but we decided to take a picture anyway. We asked a random group of girls to take a photo and while I was handing over my phone, he was pulling the ring out of the backpack and putting it in his pocket. Luckily the girls took candids right away, so they were able to capture every reaction and emotion. When we got back to the lodge, both of our parents were there waiting for us with champagne. Mark also surprised me with a manicure and blow out that afternoon because we had an engagement shoot the following morning. He really thought of everything and it was the most perfect weekend.
These two will have the epic party sometime later in 2021, but for now – enjoy their beautiful wedding ceremony highlight reel and gallery.
