“Brent proposed exactly two years to the day from our first date. It was Memorial Day weekend and we were up in Maine at my family’s summer house. We had planned to have his family up to visit and have a BBQ. In the morning, Brent asked me if I would go to the beach to take a quick walk with our dog (Walter) and take anniversary pictures.

At first I didn’t want to and after putting up a bit of a fuss I finally agreed to go. When we got down to the beach he proposed and caught it all on film! He picked the spot on the beach where I grew up going with my family too – it was a really special moment! Afterwards we had a great day celebrating with both of our families.”
