Belle Mer Newport Wedding
Travis and Lea fell in love with their venue 4 years before getting married. They knew right then that it was the one! All the details fell together for a stunningly beautiful wedding. Matt photographed this gorgeous Belle Mer Newport wedding.
The Proposal:
Here’s the proposal story, as shared by the bride, Lea:
“Travis and I made plans to go to New Hampshire for a getaway weekend in October of 2016. He made plans for us to climb a 4,314 foot mountain called Mt. Osceola. I was in no shape to climb a mountain that huge but some how I made it up! When we got to the summit we had lunch and took in the beautiful view! For about three years we had an ongoing joke that Travis was suppose to make me a scrapbook and he gave it to me at the top of the mountain! It was a timeline of our relationship and the last page was a picture of us wearing fake mustaches and “I mustache you a question” was written next to it! So he got down on one knee and proposed! The whole 2.5 hours down the mountain I was crying and staring at my beautiful ring!”
There you have it! A lovely couple, a beautiful proposal, and a picture perfect wedding. Lea and Travis, what a joy to be a part of your story! Be sure to check out all the highlights below!
