From James and Kati’s Providence engagement session all the way to their wedding at Ocean House in Watch Hill, we covered the state pretty well. I love doing weddings when we’ve had an engagement session with the couple already. Most end up doing that, which is great. It just helps build some anticipation for the wedding and we have a better relationship heading into the wedding day than if we didn’t have the esession.
Anyways, the day was awesome and everything went really smoothly. Everything was right at the Ocean House. All of the getting ready was done in their outrageously awesome suites and the ceremony was held across the street at their chapel. Actually, I’m not sure if they’re affiliated, but the chapel is directly across the street so it might as well be the same place.
This chapel was ridiculous. We’ve done a couple weddings there before, so you might remember it, but if not check out the photos below. The wood-beam construction is incredible and the light spilling through the windows makes for a really awesome ceremony setting.
The Ocean House is a top-notch venue for the reception and we had free reign of the place. It was also cool that Kati was a fellow Cranston-ite. Some of the bridal party were fellow Cranston West High Schoolers. It was a lot of fun hanging out with them during the wedding and the getting ready.
Vine and Vessel did some great floral work and Moss Salon took care of the ladies with the hair and makeup. Full list of vendors that made this wedding come together is after the photos. Thanks so much for having us guys, it was a lot of fun!
