There is no place more iconic in Newport for a wedding than Rosecliff Mansion. We just love shooting there. Today, we’ve got a real stunner for you. Kelly and John threw an absolutely perfect Rosecliff Mansion wedding. Emily and Sarah photographed and Dan and Dave made a sweet video. This lovely wedding was featured on Partyslate! The Proposal

Kelly share a little bit about the sweet proposal! Here it is, in her own words:

“John and I live in the Seaport in Boston, and planned to go to dinner at one of the newer restaurants to the area on February 19th. John was walking from work and I was meeting him at the restaurant. He suggested that we check out a new fire-pit that was recently put in by the water before dinner, which I thought was a little suspicious because it was about 25 degrees out.

As I walked there I had a feeling the proposal may be coming, and when I turned the corner and saw him standing alone by the fire-pit I knew. It was a beautiful setting and he dropped to one knee, after which his sisters came around the corner to take a few pictures. John had also orchestrated a party to celebrate afterwards, with all of our closest friends and family, including my family who traveled up from New Jersey!”
