Lorrie and Ed | Castle Hill Newport Elopement
Lorrie and Ed found us through Castle Hill Inn in Newport for their Elopement. We met them at the Castle Hill Inn cottages on a foggy Newport morning as they each got ready in their suite. Lorrie wore a stunning, long sleeve gown with beautiful detailing. And Ed in a charcoal grey vest and matching suit pants. Both had soft coral accents, Ed with his necktie and Lorrie with her bridal bouquet. Once ready Ed took his place in the gardens of the Inn, awaiting Lorrie’s arrival. Lorrie tip toed across the lawn and tapped Ed on his shoulder, prompting him to turn around. Their first look was such a sweet moment, Ed was completely speechless when he first saw Lorrie. We took a few portraits in the garden before walking over to the lighthouse for their ceremony.
Party of Three
Lorrie and Ed’s daughter was a highlight of the day. She was dressed in a beautiful white dress with matching shoes and hair pins. As Lorrie and Ed exchanged their personalized vows, their daughter looked on with family members. Once officially husband and wife, Lorrie and Ed stepped down from the rocks towards the stairs and overlooked the lighthouse and the foggy ocean. It may not have been a sunshine filled summer day, but the fog created such a gorgeous backdrop for bridal portraits.
