Marissa and Alejandro | Quonset ‘O’ Club North Kingstown Wedding

Marissa and Alejandro had a gorgeous Saturday wedding at the Quonset ‘O’ Club in North Kingstown. This special venue welcomed the bride and groom for their wedding day. The Quonset ‘O’ Club in North Kingstown is part of the North Kingstown Golf Course, but is open to the public for Weddings and Special Events. Our favorite part of the whole venue is the private, tranquil “Bridal Garden” were Marissa and Alejandro were married. A stone pathway leads to the ceremony spot underneath a canopy of trees. Lush garden plantings surround the bride and groom, and the patio is even shaped into a subtle ‘O’.

The Proposal

It’s not very often we get to hear the “How He Asked” story from the groom, but Alejandro was eager to share his perspective from the day. Read on from Alejandro… After the long and tedious journey of the home purchasing process, we finally closed on our first home. The lovely March weather was tempered by the hauling of a dozen furniture boxes with a dolly. After all the cardiovascular exercise a person could ask for, we split into our separate tasks for the house. Little did she know I was unpacking a ring from my bag instead of furniture. I called her over to ask for help, but she ended up walking into me on one knee and my mother’s ring.

Deep Navy blues and pops of blush and bright pinks were seen throughout Marissa and Alejandro’s Quonset ‘O’ Club North Kingstown Wedding. With lots of personal details and flawless DIY elements from the bride and groom. This wedding was a treat to photograph!
