Haversham Westerly Wedding
Megan and Gregg were married on the beautiful grounds of The Haversham in Westerly, RI. A perfect late summer day, the ceremony took place in the quaint New England gardens and then the party continued across the lawn in The Haversham House. Every small detail, planned by Megan, went into creating an elegant garden feel for her ceremony and reception.
Easy and effortless, Megan and Gregg all got ready together with their bridal party. The Maid of Honor and the Best Man playing an important role, along with the couple’s adorable son. Megan’s bridesmaids wore soft lilac colored gowns and Gregg and his groomsmen all in classic black tuxedos with coordinating lilac accents.
These two, not big fans of being the center of attention, were beyond happy to share in the joy of their day with their family and friends.

How they Met
… We met as teenagers, both working at a local movie theater. We have been good friends since then, but didn’t start dating until about four years ago.
Favorite Memory from Wedding Planning
… I’d say asking our best man and maid of honor to be part of our big day. Followed by picking out the smaller details, like the music and our son’s little tux for the wedding!
How he Asked
… Gregg and I were on a date for my birthday in Newport, RI. While we walking around on the wharf he presented me with a birthday card that had photos inside of our son wearing a onesie that Gregg had made. The onesie read: “Will You Marry Daddy??” … Que all the tears and of course I said YES!
