Hope Artiste Village Wedding
Mia and Brayden planned a stunning summer wedding at Hope Events on Main at the Hope Artiste Village in Pawtucket. Although the ceremony was moved indoors because of a crazy sudden downpour, they just went with it! Everyone ran inside and joyfully finished the ceremony. Matt and Kearsten spent the day with Mia and Brayden. The details are thoughtful, sweet, and you’re definitely going to want to check this one out!
The Proposal
Mia shared their proposal story with us. It’s too sweet not to share with you all:
“Brayden planned a weekend getaway for us in Portland, Maine, one of our favorite spots, the week before Christmas. That morning, we woke up to a blizzard, but Brayden was determined to make the trip. We finally arrived in Portland, and after going out to dinner, he suggested we check out the Christmas tree in the center of the city. As we looked up at the snow and lights, he said we should both make wishes. Then, he put his arms around me and asked what I had wished for. I said I couldn’t tell him or it wouldn’t come true (obviously). He said, ‘Well I’ll tell you what I wished for: I wish that you would marry me.’ I just stared at him for a few seconds not entirely knowing what was going on, until he got down on one knee and asked, ‘so will you?’
PS. I got my wish.”
There you have it: Mia and Brayden! Seems like crazy weather is just a part of their love story. And we kind of totally love that. Mia and Brayden, thanks for bringing us along.
