Once again we were honored to capture the Rhode Island Monthly Tech10 Awards, the event was held at the Roger Williams Casino. A perfect spot for some of the lightest and brightest tech minds to gather. Hosted by the Tech Collective and Rhode Island Monthly, these awards honor the individuals who are “shaping the future of modern society”.

From Tech Collective… The Tech10 Awards recognize the individuals and companies driving innovation and growth across Rhode Island’s technology ecosystem. These are the innovators, the software developers, engineers, technicians, tech leaders and the ones inspiring the next tech generation. The ones with the vision and leadership to bring leading technologies into common place use. Our annual Tech10 Awards celebrate 10 individuals who are making an impact in the Rhode Island technology community.

Lifetime Achievement

Dr. Victor Fay-Wolfe was honored with the Tech10 Lifetime Achievement Award. A recognition of an individual who has devoted his or her career to the improvement of the industry. A professor at the University of Rhode Island, Dr. Victor Fay-Wolfe is a worthy recipient of this award. There were many other award categories, including: Entrepreneur, Community Partner, Youth Engagement, Tech Educators, Tech Leadership, Company Innovation, Workforce Development Champion, Outstanding Tech Practitioner, Women in Tech, and Next Tech Generation.

All around it was a great event, and we were glad to be a part of it. Congratulations to all of the winners!
