Kristen and Mike | Chase Farm Lincoln Engagement
We met up with Kristen and Mike at Chase Farm in Lincoln for their Engagement Shoot. We love Chase Farm for its natural beauty, the quintessential New England Farm. It was once a bustling Dairy Farm from 1867-1965. Being Lincoln’s last operating Dairy Farm before it closed. It has so many perfect spots to pause and take in the surroundings and capture some really great photos. Kristen and Mike were lucky enough to have an absolutely gorgeous late October day. The golden sunlight danced through the trees in the forest. The leaves on the trees in different shades of yellows, oranges and reds. It was warm enough for Kristen to be comfortable in her light, flowing longline sweater, and Mike in a navy blue pullover.
Walk in the Park
Dressed to impress and feeling confident in front of the camera, Kristen and Mike started their shoot at the Visitors center. This building, newly renovated, was once the original dairy barn of the farm. Now it serves as an information center for guests of the farm, or – if you have a wedding here, a great spot for cocktail hour. From there we walked through the forest and down to the fields. Dry leaves crunching under our feet and a light breeze really added to the Fall in New England feel. We took a moment in each of these locations to snap a few photos. Each one providing the backdrop for this perfect Autumn shoot!
We can’t wait to meet up with Kristen and Mike next October for their Saphire Estate Wedding in Sharon, MA!
