Cruiseport Gloucester Wedding
A mutual friend originally introduced Caitlin and Justin, but it took two years for romance to blossom. We’re so glad that they found each other. They are totally meant to be. We had a blast hanging with them for their celebration in Gloucester, Massachusetts. They pulled together a stunning Cruiseport wedding. You’re not going to want to miss these details.
Caitlin shared their sweet proposal story with us. Here it is, in her own words:
“Justin and I headed to his parent’s house for the holidays, a few days before Christmas. He mentioned he wanted to stop and grab dinner on the way in Mystic, CT. I was busy winding down the year and with holiday stress so I wasn’t really paying attention. It did not cross my mind that there was a chance we would get engaged.
When we parked Justin mentioned we had some time before our reservation (a reservation got me thinking because we rarely had them!). We walked over the drawbridge in search of a place to grab a drink and Justin led me down the dock overlooking a park with lights and a Christmas tree. He stopped and asked me right there. It was perfect. Since we were on the dock he didn’t want to give me the ring until we got off onto solid ground so I’m pretty sure anyone watching us saw me chasing my new fiance off the dock to get a better look at my new ring!”
Caitlin and Justin, you’ve been such a dream. Thanks for bringing us with you on this adventure into your new life together! It’s an honor. be sure to check out their wedding film and the photo highlights below!
